Glen Gallucci is host to the Garden State Real Estate Investors Association's GSREIA  800 member sub group meeting called "Rehabbers and Wholesalers Roundtable". This is a very popular sub group meeting where Glen and guest co-hosts offer their experience and knowledge to novice investors as well as providing a great opportunity and added value for experienced investors to ask questions, discuss projects, and network with each other. With the support and creativity of the Board Members, this popular sub group is just one of the many sub groups offered to our members.

            I just wanted to say thank you for volunteering (?) :) to talk at the rehab roundtable group seminar-it was fantastic.  I think you did an excellent job and I look forward to the next session.  You made an incredible amount of sense and spelled everything out in black and white for me. They really are, I' ve spent over $5,000 dollars in real estate programs, training, computer software programs all for real estate investing. And still haven't purchase a property yet! Reason being was not having money for down payment and closing cost. Wednesday evenings rehab and wholesale roundtable meeting that You and Steve gave was very informative and helpful to many of the attendees, especially since the majority had never done a rehab or a wholesale deal.

I am sure that all the members who attended will be looking forward to next months meeting and may even have some deals in the works.
