Bird Dogs, Wholesalers and Rehabbers... Bring your Best Deals to the meeting!


Bird Dogs and Wholesalers

We will have a "DEAL TABLE" in the rear of the room where Bird Dogs and
Wholesalers can "Showcase" their wears (houses only!). You are advised to bring a
picture of the property, the specs-write up, some comps or sold/listed prices for the area etc.


Let's have a look at your For Sale By Owner Properties, bring your great MLS deals, and what ever great deals you may have found from the newspaper, driving neighborhoods or at the Court House. Realtors,  Bring some of those Great Deal Listings!!!!

Rehabbers and Experienced Investors

Come, check out the wears - see what's in the marketplace, bring
your Checkbooks, those Trusty Letters of Credit, How About Some Proof
of Funds,  perhaps even a good old fashion Option Agreement, Contract
for Deed, a Committment Letter - whatever is really working for you
these days and Buy,Buy, Buy!!!!!!


We can and will review any deal brought that night!
Is it a good deal? Why or Why Not?
See and Hear what the advanced wholesalers and rehabbers
have to say about your finding!

Even if your not sure, or have questions on your findings, we encourage you to bring it along and ask questions. This is a great learning experience also!
